Data Storage – Online Shop

We would like to point out that, for the purpose of facilitating the purchasing process and subsequent contract processing, the operator of the online shop stores the IP address of the subscriber within the framework of cookies, as well as the name, address and credit card number […] of the purchaser.

In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: [title, form of address, first name, surname, date of birth, billing address, email address, telephone number].

The data you provide is required for the fulfilment of the contract or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude a contract with you.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the banks/payment service providers responsible for processing the payment, the transfer of your data to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and the transfer of relevant data to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.

If the purchasing process is cancelled, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory tax retention period (7 years).

The data relating to the name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will additionally be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years).

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the applicable legal provisions of Section 96 (3) TKG and Article 6 (1) (a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) GDPR.

If you contact us via a form on our website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.
